Penn State Sexual Abuse

Sexual abuse cases seek to hold the those responsible who knew or should have known of sexual abuse of children but did nothing to stop the abuse. These cases allege that parents, adults, teachers, school boards, camp counselors, police, priests, and senators all have a duty to recognize and report sexual predators. If they don’t, the lawsuits seek to hold them responsible for the sexual abuse of children that could have been prevented if they had only taken action.
