Still no response from the 4th DCA on the MRSA appeal. We are looking forward to the opportunity to present this case of lack of infection control at the hospital to a jury.
Doctors and Staff Miss a Bleeding Spleen Causing Death
Settlement of case without trial of case alleging doctors and nurses failed to recognize signs of internal bleeding from ruptured spleen of man admitted through emergency room. Within 24 hours of being admitted, he bled to death in the hospital. The suit alleged that surgery would have saved his life.
