If you hold a party, make sure your underaged guests do not have access to alcohol. Do not allow underage guests to congregate without supervision. If alcohol consumption if suspected, arrange for transportation home. If this underaged drinker causes injury to him or herself or somebody as a result of consuming alcohol in your home, you can be held liable if you knew of the drinking and did not take action.
