A young petite woman, fit and trained in the martial arts attended a party at a friend’s house. A male partygoer encouraged her to take part in a martial arts maneuver with him.
During the maneuver, the client was violently thrown to the ground fracturing her spine causing severe neurological injuries and requiring surgery.
